Roles & Responisibilities:
 

• Design, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs that meet the needs of staff and hospital.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

• Ensure nursing curricula are current, evidence-based, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Work closely with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in nursing education and integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
 

• Education: Master's degree in nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.

• Magnet Designation Program & Research

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing education experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Licensure: Current nursing license and certification in nursing education in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Effective communication and close involvement with all nursing care flow processes.
