Key Responsibilities

• Market Exploration: Proactively identify and assess new suppliers and clients to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability
• Field Operations: Engage directly in sourcing and procurement activities relevant to the company’s needs
• Contract Management: Negotiate, finalize, and sign contracts for raw materials and auxiliary supplies
• Inventory Oversight: Supervise inventory management and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure monthly procurement and delivery target legal requirements
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure monthly procurement and delivery targets are met, both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement monthly procurement plans aligned with company objectives
• Continuous Improvement: Lead corrective and preventive actions based on operational analysis and feedback
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers and internal teams to drive long-term value

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: University degree (bachelor’s or higher)
• Experience: At least 3 years in procurement or sales management, ideally within manufacturing industry
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must
• Leadership: Proven ability to plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
• Personal Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable team player
• Values: High integrity and loyalty
• Other: Valid category B driving license
