Tasks&Responsibilities:

• Analyses of the Production and Purchasing plans in order to maximize usage of warehouse assets and personnel in order to achieve goals and satisfy customer expectations
• Work directly with our VP of Operations and Director of Logistics to ensure the warehouse is executing on all operational goals and initiatives, client expectations and achievement of the deliverables
• Works with key internal partners including Production, Purchasing, Transportation, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, and Quality.
• Establishment of the warehouse management system to make necessary changes in operational efficiency and to reach operational goals.
• Build and maintain a culture of productivity and efficiency grounded in KPIs
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Plan, Control and Manage Warehouse P&L budget

Candidate Profile: 

Ideal candidate will have strong ability to manage change& processes improvements and people and who would be able to influence and challenge existing Warehouse working models and practice

• Bachelor’s degree in Traffic or  Mechanical Engineeering or Economics or other job related profile 
• 5-7 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in Food and/or Beverage production field
• Working knowledge of distribution or warehouse processes or systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong interest, and ability for people management
• Competent user of  the English language 
• Proficient in computer skills and with working knowlede of the stock planning SW
