Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management:

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.

• Implement best practices for vendor development, evaluation, and management.

• Drive cost optimization strategies (VAVE, cost reduction, negotiations).

2. Capex & Engineering Purchase:

• Lead procurement for Capital Expenditure (Capex) including VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, Robots, Hydraulic Fixtures, LPDC & GDC machines.

• Procure foundry equipment such as fluxes, chemicals, oils, lubricants, sand, chemical resins, etc.

3. Supply Chain & Logistics Management:

• Oversee domestic and international logistics, including inbound and outbound operations.

• Manage international logistics to USA, Europe, and Brazil with a focus on efficiency and cost control.

4. Inventory & Stores Management: • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent excess stock and shortages.

: • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits (customer audits, ISO, IATF 16949, etc.).
