For our Client ICT TECH in Switzerland -Zürich area- we are looking for a Director SALES BtB SME responsible for sales targets, direct sales force team management (account managers)

Our client is looking for talented people who share interests and values,focus on the essential and do what you say, try to make things simple and dare to be original in what you say and do
And most of all, excel in providing exceptional service every day

Responsibilities include:
Manage ,drive, deliver the sales pipeline and deliver the team sales targets
Direct sales force team management of 10-20 people (account managers)
Monitoring of actual vs planned sales performance
Sales pipeline review with the team to drive the direct sales force team and to support the team with the right strategy to win the customer as well as to support escalations and deal closer
Customer satisfaction
Strong relational network within the business community, in particular with local partners and associations
Overall people management responsibility for the Direct Sales Force (recruitment support, career planning, organisational development, team spirit, ..)
Enforce the cooperation with Marketing, Product, Care and support teams
Reporting & communication

The ideal candidate:

Master degree
Must be experienced, with strong existing relationships and accounts within the industry in Switzerland
Has a track record of sales strategy development and execution based on KPIs

Fluent in English and German, French a big plus
