We are seeking a director level executive to drive the “sell to” growth in Hitech Engineering Services Sector. This person will
- Lead the Engineering services sales growth in named accounts in India and be a key member of GTM
- Develop customer value propositions in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Consultative business development activities, identifying needs and suggesting solutions to customers.
- Meet quarterly KPIs for bookings, contribution margin and revenue.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Building the new foundations of the offer, strengthening the value proposition and articulating the unique business value
- Guide and support account/local practices teams in solutioning (pre-sales/delivery)
- Part of large-scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in India market
- Sell to GAFAMO companies in India
He/She/They will have 15-20 years of experience in selling engineering services to Hitech companies in India. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
This person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include:
- “Sell to” experience with Microsoft India
- Active connects in Hitech companies (GAFAMO companies)
- Understand the landscape of Software Development technologies and solutions and the evolution of next-generation solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to Create and implement a new business development plan for the assigned territory.
- Exposure to IT/Engineering Services industries and experience in working in a large, diverse organization setup.
