Role & responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Digital Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Application Services within enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
- Create and implement strategic account plans by analyzing stakeholder ecosystems, identifying untapped opportunities, and building long-term growth strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and key technology leaders across target organizations.
- Work closely with pre-sales teams, solution architects, and delivery leaders to develop compelling proposals and innovative AI-driven digital transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to develop a strong qualified sales pipeline while managing pipeline health and conversion goals.
- Ensure accurate CRM management, sales forecasting, and clear pipeline visibility through disciplined reporting practices.
- Represent Aziro at industry events, leadership forums, conferences, and customer workshops to strengthen market presence and drive business opportunities.
- Keep abreast of AI advancements, market trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to refine business positioning and identify new growth areas.
- Drive sales across multiple engagement models, including managed services, project-based engagements, offshore/nearshore delivery, and staff augmentation services.
Candidate requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in IT services sales with a consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven success in hunting and closing large, complex deals valued at $1M+ TCV in a consultative selling environment.
- Strong CXO-level relationships across industries such as Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Retail/eCommerce, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Media.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML services, cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP), application modernization, and digital engineering.
- Experience working within hyperscaler and enterprise software partner ecosystems, along with strong understanding of offshore/nearshore delivery models, pricing, governance, and risk management.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot).
