Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that encompass succession planning, talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and workforce planning.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier candidates that fit the organizational culture and meet business needs.
- Design and execute robust succession planning initiatives to ensure business continuity and leadership development for critical roles.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address talent gaps and forecast future talent needs based on business strategy.
- Oversee the development and implementation of talent development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression.
- Implement talent review processes to assess potential and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, promoting initiatives that support employee development and engagement.
- Analyze talent management metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to ensure the organization remains competitive and attractive to top talent.
- Work closely with the HR Director and other key stakeholders to align talent management practices with overall HR strategies and business objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in talent management, with a significant portion of that experience in the trading industry or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must
