Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the Distribution business for the company in Egypt.

• Manages all DC operations including Dry Warehouse, Cold Store, Distribution, and Maintenance

• Develops and implements P&D and capital budgets to meet or exceed the company objectives for quality, efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit and manage a team of high performing distribution and logistics experts

• Make the right investments in people capability to support customer growth and high level of service

• Trusted partnership with McDonalds based on financial and service metrics

• Drive the best QSR food distribution business in Egypt

• Manage the P&L

Requirements:

• Distribution and logistics expert – at least 10 years in senior leadership role

• Proven ability to lead and develop people

• Operational excellence with a clear understanding of metrics to drive performance

• Excellent communicator with strong business acumen – fluent English and Arabic language skills

• Strong Financial understanding, inclusive of business planning and budget control

• Ability to use limited resources wisely

• Drive for continuous improvement

• Customer relationship development
