Job Title: District Country Sales ManagerJob Overview:

With 12 to 18 years of proven success in sales, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue targets within your district. Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the district, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets.

5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to align sales activities with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of 12 to 18 years of successful sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.
