Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, execution of compliant promotion of the products.
- Responsible for development and implementation of a district business plan with targeted objectives to achieve sales and business results.
- Coach and direct the team by working closely with the team to establish and support career and development plans for the representatives.
- Prepare accurate reports including daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare a line of successors.
- Monitor and manage training needs.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine.
Experience
- At Least From 6-8 years of experience in Promotion field.
- At Least 1-2 years in Same Role / Position
