Responsibilities & Duties
- Be responsible for developing, following-up &monitoring sales function activities within his/her specified district.
- Achieve company’s Business objectives for his/her area either quantitative or qualitative.
- Guide and coach, his/her sales team to improve their efficiency. Plan for their training and development in coordination with concerned stakeholders to develop & enhance their skills.
- Gathering and managing external and internal market & customer insights.
- Builds a broad base of support among key decision-makers and influencers by linking proposals to their needs, interests, and concerns.
- Develop, enhance & maintain a relationship with key opinion leaders to agree mutually beneficial objectives, including specific development plans for key customers.
- Plans and facilitates highly effective team meetings to ensure all objectives are met with minimal optimal available resources.
- Double visits with team members for coaching purpose and enhancing customer’s business relationship.
Job Requirements
- A degree in Pharmacy or Vet Medicine.
- Total years of experience: Minimum (5) years of experience in the Pharma field.
- First Line Management Experience: Minimum (2) years of experience as District Manager
- Maximum Age is 38 yrs. Old.
- Experience with Cardio-metabolic Disease area is an added value.
- Multinational Experience is a privilege.
- Successful sales track record for both established products and newly launched products in a reputable pharmaceutical company
