This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing multiple units and driving top-tier performance across all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rental rates, discounts, and additional income sources to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and control expenses to enhance return on investment for each store.
- Conduct semi-annual audits, ensuring compliance and operational excellence, and coordinate necessary follow-up actions.
- Analyze financial reports and P&L statements to address trends and improve district performance.
- Collaborate with external resources and corporate divisions such as HR, revenue management, and marketing to support district-wide operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in multi-unit management, ideally in sectors such as retail, hospitality, leasing, or customer service, with direct oversight of 10 or more locations.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain talent, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record of managing controllable expenses effectively.
- Stability in previous roles, with at least 3 years spent at each prior company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Local candidates preferred, though relocation support is available for outstanding candidates.
