Our Client is a reputed player in the Automotive segment and is looking for a CA with 10 to 15 years of experience in Treasury and Forex for Pune

Job Description:

Foreign exchange risk management using various tools like options and forwards. 
Must be good in FEMA and RBI compliances. 
Hedge accounting using IFRS 9 principles. 
Managing corporate investments in various instruments like Mutual funds, Commercial papers and Certificate of Deposit, NCDs etc. Calculation of ROI using TRM on SAP module. 
Making Annual Plan for Treasury operations, Tracking Actuals vs Plan, Variance Analysis, Preparing revised estimates of the in-quarter and the balance year. 
Setting up and managing overseas offices and subsidiaries.
Developing dashboards for senior leadership for metric monitoring, creating scenario analysis for various decisions, Impact calculation of various decisions, work with CFO's office, Leadership team presentation, Business Partner for International Business and Commercial teams. 

 Technical/ Functional:
Experience in dealing with RBI and Government departments.
Ability to meet the timelines for given projects.
Ability to do scenario analysis, develop models and test them, very strong excel and ppt skills. Analytics would be an added advantage

Experience: 10-15 Yrs.

Qualification: CA preferred.

Reporting: Forex Reserve , Banking Operations and Treasury
