Hiring for a FinTech Domain Expert / Business Analyst / Consultant for an Analytics and AI / ML platform provider.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Domain Expert / Business Analyst
• Reporting Manager:  Project Manager
• Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Mohali
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days from office and 2 remote)

Role & responsibilities:

• Liaise between key FinTech customers and internal technical teams, throughout the engagement (concept to implementation), owning all relevant written and verbal communication with the client
• Translate client requirements into fully scoped solutions
• Lead the product documentation efforts, detailing feature and function use cases, scenario analysis and help build user manuals and other user-enabling documentation.
• Help the Sales team pitch the company’s services and expertise to clients and prospects, by preparing and defining the scope and solution.

Candidate requirements:

• 3-6 years of SME / Business Analysis experience in the Financial Services domain
• Proven experience and expertise in FinTech / BankTech solutions, with the ability to consult with clients and business stakeholders on high-end tech solutions for the domain
• Experience in Lending / Banking Operations - preferable
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce or any core banking solution / ecosystem – highly desirable
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Graduation or PG
