Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.

Should have experience in using job portals monster, indeed, LinkedIn, etc) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintaining an internal database of consultants.
