Experience:

· No of years: 13+

· Type of Industry – Any LoB of Insurance (preferred but not mandatory)

· Should have worked and hand on with below technologies; BizTalk, Mule (Anypoint), WSO2, Apache Camel, RedHat Fuse 3.0.

· Worked on various Enterprise Integration Patterns.

Expertise on working with Event driven architecture, Microservice based architecture, SoA and point to point.

Knowledge of working with various Cloud based integration technologies such as SQS, API gateway, Step functions on AWS.

Business Understanding.

Knowledge of   General insurance Industry, should have managed projects.

Key Requirement:

• 13+ years of progressive experience in software development
• 5+ years Project Management/Team Lead experience
• Experience in design, architecture, development and deployment of integration applications.
• AWS/Azure Certification highly regarded.
• Well versed in Integration Project and it’s typical life cycle
• Well versed with integration testing and typical challenge in integration projects
• Good knowledge of agile methodology and Iterative development.
• Proven commitment to and understanding of the software development life cycle
• Clear and effective communication abilities a must.
• Know-how in CI/CD tools.
• Innovative, positive attitude, ready to work under pressure, assertive

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing midsize to large integration project solution, help Development and execution of projects.
• Proactively manage and handle change requirements, identify potential crises and devise contingency solutions.
• Review artifacts prepared by resources, integration code review or review of steps prepared developed on platform.
• Keep design governance by review of code and monthly review of projects
• Design governance using enterprise architect principles and guidelines.
• Responsible for completely designing organization integration road map and direct projects as per the given direction
• Closely understand the requirement from BA team, application Solution from application SA and define the integration architecture as per the use case
• Provide technical leadership in support of best practices to a project, ensuring solutions are scalable, available and functional
• Lead requirements interpretation, design, and custom application development in support of Microsoft technologies utilizing.
• Ability to work with internal team & external Business Partners (Vendors)

Primary Skills:

• Experience in Agile/Waterfall
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills (CXO’s)
• Vendor Management
• Should have managed 2-3 projects (duration of 1+year and budget 5 cr+) independently
• Technical Skills (must be Competent in– .NET, MVC,  Middleware, Web Services, Web API, various integration protocols for e.g AMQP, Enterprise Integrations patterns, APIs, SQL Servers, Event Engines, any one of the above mentioned integration platform)
• Hands on development and team handling experience
