Job Responsibilities

Validation and Verification of EV Powertrain, transmission and Fuel-cell.

Data evaluation, analytic, engineering and preparation of report, alignment with customer.

Actively supporting hardware testing on bench (component drivetrain / powertrain)

Scritpting for automatic test evaluation and report creation.

DVP creation, monitoring for EV powertrain, Gearbox and Fuel Cell.

Reliability calculation and Test cycle optimization for different powertrain system (e.g.- EDU, Transmission, FuelCell)

Seeked Profile

Candidate having 3 to 4 years of working experience in electric vehicle powertrain or fuel cell development.

Practical knowledge of EV drivetrains and latest state-of-art transmissions and fuel cell technology.

EV Powertrain, Gearbox and Fuel cell development phases know-how.

Detailed know how about the DVP creation from the customer requirement document.

Know how of different test standards for LV and HV components.

Detailed know how in physics of failure for EV Powertrain, transmission and Fuel-cell.

Python /  MATLAB for writing script for test data management.

Work experience on JIRA & Confluence to manage and work on assigned project.

Creation of test bed setup for component, sub-system and system level test requirement.

Co-ordination with colleague for preparation of test environment and support in test execution.

Tool knowledge - Python, MATLAB / Simulink , Jira/ Confluence, Concerto.
