Key Responsibilities

• Drive feasibility studies, business case analysis, and sensitivity analysis for global expansion projects.

• Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance across domestic & international entities (IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Norms).

• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development on business growth strategies.

• Oversee reporting and compliance for 3 JVs with Japanese partners.

• Lead and mentor a finance team of 6, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and growth.

• Act as second-in-command to the Business Controller, handling 70–80% international finance exposure.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance).

• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably with Big 4 consulting/audit exposure.

• Strong expertise in IFRS, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Standards.

• Hands-on experience in feasibility analysis, business case study preparation, asset utilization, and financial risk assessment.

• Strong stakeholder management with international interaction experience.

• Flexible to work from Ranjangaon with partial presence in Viman Nagar.
