• Assist Head – Planning Distribution and Customer service in long term scenario planning, capacity expansion, demand forecasting and improved coordination between vendors, inbound & outbound logistics, production & sales
• Assist Head-Planning Distribution and Customer service in developing strategic plans for efficient supply chain management & process improvement
• Develop plans for supply chain streamlining, optimal utilization of resources, improving process efficiencies and reducing the total cost of production & transportation
• Assist Head – Planning Distribution and Customer service in planning & controlling of the procurement of goods from production planning to manufacturing until finished goods reach the distributors
• Provide inputs in the preparation and finalization of the budget for the integrated Supply Chain of company.

• Manage the S&OP process in coordination with all the stakeholders.
• Ensure coordination between Procurement, Operations, Supply for end-to-end integrated production planning and control
• Ensure scheduling of each intermediate stage in the Supply Chain Management process, including procurement, inbound & outbound logistics etc.
• Ensure strict adherence to schedules for end-to-end supply chain operations (from procurement order to dispatch and delivery)
• Forecast possible crises & bottlenecks due to fluctuations in market demand & supply of raw materials etc. and create contingency plans for the same
• Oversee the deviations and provide guidance in making corrections to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the previous plan period
