Responsibilities
· Business Development, Sales and Marketing except Pune region (Mumbai, Gujarat, Goa etc)
· Meeting customers, OEMs, other clients and end users on daily basis and keep abreast of Market developments and new enquires
· Establishing new customers and clients for all products (OEM and AM) and generate additional business
· Act as single point of contact to customer for all matters relating to our product line
· Track all new enquiries/RFQs, coordinate with R&D and other departments and close the enquiries.
· Preparing client quotations as per company guidance, Price Negotiations & Settlements with customer.
· Key Accounts Management for the customers in the regions and to maintain good business relationships, leading to repeat or new business
· Conduct market analysis & competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights for business growth
· Review periodically the Budget and sales plan and report progress on existing and new business
· Customer payments - Outstanding & overdue tracking by following up periodically and report progress
· Meeting KRAs covering profitable sales, new business development and receivables from customers
· Developing yearly sales plan/Budget including quantities, sales turnover, margins & monitoring
· Periodically reports on results, market conditions and proposed corrective actions or new strategic initiatives aimed at sales and margin growth.
· MIS and weekly updates to top management
Other Skills/knowledge expected:
• Candidate should have proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate
· Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Key account Management
· To have good Customer Focus, and ability to build relationships at all levels, Flair for Marketing & should have good communication skills
· Exposure to automotive applications, systems and/or Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. Prior exposure to OEMs for sales, automotive, HVAC, Bus/Trucks, Agricultural, Construction/Off Highway applications
· Strong business and financial acumen with good analytical skills
· Excellent spoken and written English & one local language (Hindi and/or Marathi)
· Good technical and domain Knowledge, Team Player, Result Oriented, Passion for Excellence.
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc.
