To do product costing & Cost table.                                                                                          

To make good relationship with customers. (No restriction during social meetup)  as well as within team.          

Can make Budget and should know how to use SAP.                                                                                           

Japanese Language speaking for Japanese customer (JLPT N3/N2 Certified)                                                       

To understand the technicality of products & can give presentation to customer.
