Experience: 6-12 Years
Candidate must have detailed knowledge on Screens, Crusher, Centrifuge & other equipment as well.
Summary-
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads to an order by ensure a strong bottom line.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure continuous revenue is generated.
- Coordination & participation in functional areas like, tender evaluation & quotations, documentation & tech. bid analysis,
- Thoroughly understanding the customer technical requirement and making an optimum technical commercial proposal.
- Responsible for sales cycle completion.
- Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the Seniors team
- Developing team through motivation, mentoring and product knowledge education required to meet the organizational goals.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
