Role Overview:

As our E-Commerce Head/ Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing the health and conversion of our online commerce channel. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including web merchandisers, marketing, product and tech experts, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure that our online commerce funnels not only provide exceptional value to our users but also contribute significantly to Total Sports' growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Sales Performance:

Project, track, and achieve sales targets, clearly outlining the projected targets and securing necessary resources.

Provide guidance to teams on optimizing online funnels for maximum leverage.

2. Crafting and Optimizing Sales Strategy:

Set annual e-commerce sales strategy and continually refine it to adapt to market changes.

Report, define action plans, and communicate effectively across all Total Sports teams.

3. Budget Management and Forecasting:

Skill fully manages the e-commerce budget and forecasts.

4. Business Expansion:

Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends and benchmarking against industry peers.

Maximize commercial potential through media optimization and enhancing digital channel capabilities.

5. Vendor Partnerships:

Identify and liaise with relevant vendors for potential partnerships or service enhancements.

6. Performance Metrics and Customer Insights:

Define how e-commerce performance should be measured.

Analyze omni-channel performance and customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and speed to market by bridging potential tool gaps.

7. Collaboration and Information Sharing:

Establish effective ways of working and information sharing with other functions both within and outside the e-commerce team.

Drive initiatives that contribute to the growth of e-commerce at Total Sports.

Your Qualifications and Persona:

Experience in team management and a passion for teammate development.

Strong grasp of retail, e-commerce, marketplace, and platform concepts.
