As a Business Analyst and Tester, you will be working closely with the E-Commerce Frontend team to facilitate development of new site features and existing bug fixing requests.
Reporting to the E-Commerce and Digital Project Manager, you will ensure all new site requirements and enhancements are communicated and validated in a complete and comprehensive manner with the development team.
You will work closely with the E-Commerce Frontend team by collecting and being the main point of contact for any requirements or bugs existing on the site. As well as testing any new releases or features on all main devices before deploying to the live website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with e-commerce and CRM departments, and involved vendors to shape and define new business changes/requirements
- Draft comprehensive requirements for new features that you will research, test, and validate with a clear business use case in mind ensuring delivery in line with Salesforce architecture and functionalities
- Take responsibility for UAT and testing of all front-end features for Site releases ensuring all development delivers a high-quality user experience in line with relevant accessibility and usability standards
- Be the conduit for bug and enhancement reporting, collecting bugs and/or change requests from members of the team or other stakeholders
Experience & Skills:
- Fluent in English and Italian -- C1 / Native level of English
- Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud with at least 2 years’ experience in a digital environment
- Problem-solving mindset, demonstrating open-mindedness and teamwork
- Flexible and able to react to and embrace change without compromising quality
- Ability to work under pressure dealing with time constraints
- Sharp attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
