E-Commerce Conversion Optimization Manager
As a Conversion Optimisation Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving increased business performance from our e-store by managing, testing and implementing new features on the site that engange the customer.
Reporting to the eCommerce Store Manager will be responsible for the searchandising strategy and implementation, leveraging customer analytics. Will set-up and test all onsite search functionalities in order to improve findability and customer-facing experiences.
Working closely with the Merchandising team, will be responsible for the Artificial Intelligence tool, defining product rules and relevant onsite touchpoints implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize onsite search activity using analytics to recommend rules, facet management, thesaurus entries, redirects and more
- Collaborate with Content & CRM team to optimise landing pages and website calls-to-action (CTAs), defining the link to deliver the best journey possible for the user
- A/B test and continually measure site performance
- Seeks opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling through the Artificial Intelligence tool (Einstein)
Experience & Skills:
- At least 4 years of previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Proficient in Excel
- Problem-solver
- Fluent in English and Italian. Extra Languages will be considered as a plus
- Teamwork
