We are looking for an entrepreneurial
E-COMMERCE MANAGER – FREELANCE
The first phase of "launch":
- Preparing for market opening in the areas of logistics, customer care, market research and language localization (translations);
- Identifying marketing & sales channels, marketplaces, approaching first influencers, and defining the overall brand identity in Italy.
The second phase of "growth":
- Managing all operations within the country, this includes B2C and B2B revenue growth plan, direct determination of strategy for channels, such as influencer marketing, retail, B2B, pricing policy, in order to achieve revenue growth, ROI channel,% new customers, and customer retention
- Cooperating with the Regional Country Manager and marketing department regarding the global brand strategy and performance
- Actively looking for new growth opportunities, such as new types of customers, new channels and new product verticals
- Supervising the execution of local marketing activities in online and "offline", such as content acquisition, community management, influencer marketing, PR and collaboration
- Constantly improving local customer experience, including logistics, payment options, web communication, by using the collection of customer feedback
- Monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets
- In the future build and develop a team
Required Skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience with leading people in the e-commerce industry, as Country manager or in marketing, business development or other relevant fields
- Fluent in English and Italian language;
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of developing, launching and managing business endeavors in the local market, while delivering demonstrable growth
- Versatile skill-set, including but not limited to operations, business development, and marketing
- Deep insights in the Italian market and consumers
- Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building, managing and motivating high-performing teams;
- A passion for the health industry, lifestyle and a desire to create opportunities that will change lives through well-managed sport exercising, full of energy and style.
