E-Commerce Specialist -Salesforce commerce

Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Store Manager, candidate will support the ongoing site enhancement projects implementation, playing a role in the requirements elicitation, transforming them into use cases.

As a Salesforce Commerce Specialist, will be responsible for supporting site operations before each project rollout, including product publication and content editing.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the set-up of the e-store and perform necessary edits after the deploy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect organise and improve site documentation (functional documents, photos, screenshots, products)
• eStore configuration set-up, working closely with store and content management team
• Updating site content using HTML or Page Designer when needed
• Owner of new improvements and enhancements and provide any relevant training to internal stakeholders

Experience & Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform
• Previous Experience with Page Designer will be considered as a plus
• Strong hands-on eCommerce expertise
• Logical thinking: approaching issues critically and provide actionable solutions
• Fluent in English and Italian -- C1 / Native level of English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Teamwork
•  have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills and excellent understanding of content management systems.
