e’re looking for an E-Mobility Project Manager to join a fast-growing, international team and help build a network of modern fast-charging stations across Austria. This role offers the chance to establish operations from the ground up, working closely with local and international teams.

Your Role

As an E-Mobility Project Manager, you will be part of the local Vienna team and take responsibility for all aspects of high-quality charging station construction across Austria. You will collaborate with country leadership, international teams, and report to the Head of Construction New Markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acquire and realize grid connections.

• Collaborate with engineering partners.

• Manage materials planning and procurement for construction.

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and coordinate multiple stakeholders locally and internationally.

• Conduct site and partner visits, demonstrating negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.

• Work closely with internal design/architect teams.

• Support site evaluations and due diligence for expansion.

• Develop a roadmap for construction, identifying partners, analyzing standards, and ensuring safety compliance throughout project phases.

Ideal qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, technical studies, business, or equivalent experience (construction knowledge a plus).

• Minimum 3 years project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, construction, or electrical engineering.

• Structured work style and strong task prioritization skills.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks.

• Willingness to travel within Austria and occasionally across Europe.

• Near-native German and strong business English.

• Experience with grid connections or working with grid operators is a plus.

• Driving license A.
