Your duties
• Troubleshoot and fix complex multivendor E2E network issues
• Process and analyze UE, radio and core network traces
• Manage the resolution of the customer complaints.
• Focus on B2B customer complaint investigation, troubleshooting and resolution, especially voice related issues.
• Synthetize and prepare presentations to share the outcome of the technical investigations with the B2B division.
• Occasionally, represent the company as technical expert in meetings with the customer.
• Contribute to improve the company results in Connect yearly benchmarksWhat you bring
• Degree in telecommunications or equivalent
• Expert in mobile core network with at least five years’ experience
• In depth knowledge of E2E voice callflows (CS & IMS & Radio)
• In depth knowledge of 3GPP protocols: Core network CS, PS and IMS domains e.g. SS7, MAP, GTP, Diameter,SIP/RTP/RTCP etc.
• Very good knowledge on voice E2E issues leading to drops or network accessibility degradation
• Very good knowledge in voice quality troubleshooting – mute calls
• Mastery of Wireshark, network probes (Anritsu is a plus), core network and radio internal network element traces
• You have intuition to direct the investigation towards the root cause of the problem rather than investigating side effects
• Good knowledge of standard internet protocol suite (TCP/IP)
• Knowledge and experience in E2E PS performance troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in radio issue troubleshooting is a plus
• Experience with Nokia core network products is a plus
• Good analytical and abstract thinking skills: Able to find innovative solutions to complex problems. Team worker.
