Hiring for the Role of General Manager- Corporate Chairman Office for one of our reputed client.
Location : Delhi

Roles :
1) Experience in strategy and business planning department for large business conglomerate and hands on experience in assistance up of promoter’s office and managing it successfully for business house.
2) Good experience in designing and implementing business performance management system like Balance Score card, performance monitoring etc and preparing and monitoring the business planning and budgeting at group level.
3) Identify areas of cost control and cost reduction at department level, follow-ups with Business Sector SPOCs to ensure closure of identified issues in financial statements, financial restructuring including reduction of finance charges and correctness and control over Budget vs. Actual Revenue and Expenditure for Companies under Chairman Office.
4) Support Corporate Chairman by working on various dashboard for single window view on various initiatives, process, projects and providing support to Corporate Chairman Office in designing suitable dashboard for objective review of same by Corporate Chairman and follow up with Business CEOs.
5) Support in review by Corporate Chairman, finalize and share the 'approved' goal sheets to team, support Corporate Chairman on financial-performance assessment as and when needed and adhere to goal setting, Mid Year and Annual performance assessment for Corporate Chairman Office employees, the CEO’s and the sector-heads.
