•Digitalization: Actively drives the digitalization and standardization of the business processes through DAW/DMS Technologies preferred Windream Or (M file/MS Share Point/Alfresco/Power DMS/Confluence)

•IT Service Management: Responsible/accountable for the complete Digital Approval Workflow and Document Management Storage application service delivery to the customers.

•Enterprise / Legacy Applications:

oSPOC for Corporate DAW/ DMS applications (Preferred Windream)

oAssess the business requirement, Perform Gap Analysis, Design, Develop and Implement IT  solutions to meet business needs for  DAW/DMS Application.

oWell versed with DAW/DMS application configuration and operational support for Digital Approval Workflows and document management. 

oLead the projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to Business.

oEffectively manage Business, team and external support as needed.

oManage the external vendor support for DAW/DMS Application

oLead the integration of Application with any other IT Systems ( Like AD, ServiceDesk, SAP, IAM , MES etc.)

•Strategy/Roadmap: Supports the IT strategy development, review, and update. Defines and implements the roadmap of Enterprise / Legacy Application.

•Business Engagement: Performs the business engagement at different levels.

•Organization: Leads and develops the Corporate IT Service Team members in Germany and India for DAW/DMS Application

•Project Management: Leads, coordinates and implements IT/Business projects DAW/DMS Application.

•Compliance: Makes sure that the respective IT service is compliant – Company policies/standards, ISMS, Data Privacy, etc.
