Responsibilities:

Overseeing the online sales channel and ensuring that customers have a seamless experience when making a purchase.
Monitoring web & campaign metrics and analytics, identifying areas for improvement.
Implementing changes to optimize the customer experience and improve conversion rates.
Lead project management of website improvements, and work with UX/UI designers to implement changes to the website to improve conversion rates.
Impact CvR through initiative execution and measurement.
Ensure that the web is a stable environment where users can complete their tasks seamlessly.
Discounts management.
Be the product owner and lead a team of external/internal developers to achieve all the development goal.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and improving profitability
Manage the E-commerce Intern.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Work with the executive team on pricing and promotion strategies to drive sales growth and improve margins.
Collaborate with the growth team to develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor sales performance regularly, and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed the set targets. 
Monitor and analyze online reviews and ratings to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Previous experience with Shopify and Google Analytics
Familiar with agile frameworks.
Great organizational skills
Holistic understanding of digital marketing: you will be working with many different teams (performance, e-mail marketing, SEO…)
