Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Accounting Department of the company, you will coordinate and supervise all accounting processes performed by a team of 10.
- The right candidate should have a passion for taxation and accounting and experience in this field. The role reports to the CFO.
- You will coordinate and supervise all the accounting processes performed by your team, consisting of 10 specialists.
- You will manage the monthly closing process, prepare tax returns and ensure the accuracy of the Balance Sheet. You will manage the relationship with the Tax Authorities, you will ensure the preparation of the annual financial statements and the annual fiscal declarations and you will be the contact point for the auditors, you will provide support and explanations in the monthly closings and other accounting and fiscal topics.
- You will work closely with the CFO and be involved in project transformation projects (task automation, accounting software proposal and ERP improvements).
- By helping to prepare the various reports and statements for management and the bank, you will work with the CFO to prepare and review the annual budget and cash forecasts.
- By developing and improving work procedures and establishing best practices for the team, you will be part of the growth of our employees and contribute to an excellent work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting or any Finance related field;
- Experience in Tax and Accounting and in working with systems with multiple dimensions (sites, activities, budget items);
- Ideally CECCAR membership;
- Good English and Excel skills;
- Good knowledge of the Fiscal Law;
- Open minded, self-starter and problem solver, leadership oriented.
