Your Responsibilities
- Foster and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Design and deliver effective training programs.
- Develop and implement safety policies to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Evaluate and approve machinery for commissioning, ensuring adherence to critical safety standards.
- Provide advice on safety and environmental aspects of ongoing and future projects.
- Coordinate internal and external safety and environmental audits.
- Monitor and report EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Analyze trends and recommend improvement measures.
- Represent the EHS department in CPBW meetings, presenting proposals and updates.
- Manage the Global Prevention Plan (GPP) and Annual Action Plan (AAP).
- Support departments in conducting thorough risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and propose practical improvement measures.
- Lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption and enhance sustainability efforts.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong commitment to safety and promoting safe working practices.
- A Prevention Advisor Level II certificate or willingness to obtain it -must have
- Knowledge of environmental and safety legislation.
- Proven experience in a similar role within EHS, ideally in a GMP environment.
- Technical knowledge or a willingness to deepen understanding of critical technical safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent administrative skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with assertiveness when required.
- A pragmatic mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
