Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented candidates to assist in opening new areas of expansion. The candidate’s responsibilities include operationalising, implementing, and executing in areas where our company can grow in a profitable manner.
What will you Work on?
- Focus on 0 -> 1 and Operational setups from scratch.
- Work closely with strategy and research teams to implement findings by constantly innovating and piloting new projects.
- Setup operations and teams for new areas of expansions for the company
- Handhold the project till it reaches maturity and then pass on-to existing business units.
- Drive the P/L, day to day tasks of the new businesses under pilot programs
- Responsible for complete execution, implementation, and oversight of new areas of expansion.
- Must spend time on ground to conduct primary and secondary research to identify profitable business models.
- Work closely with tech and product teams to digitise the whole business process.
- Work with research and strategy teams to implement their suggestions.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
Does the below sound like you?
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience
- You have a strong business acumen
- You are a hustler; You like to get your hands dirty
- Previous experience in building strong MVP’s / pilots.
- Previous experience in setting up / building new categories/ city expansions in start-ups or established environments
- You are constantly thinking of new innovations and optimising current operations.
- You have built successful & profitable business units in the past.
- You are not afraid of failure
