Position number 2324 - Electric Power Steering System Expert
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the system requirements and architecture development of Electric Power Steering products, assist in the HW/SW requirements and architecture design of Electric Power Steering system, ensure the consistency of design, and formulate system verification scheme.
2. Responsible for Electric Power Steering function development and the design, implementation and verification of system function safety mechanism. Guiding the design and verification of SW & HW.
3. Following up the achievement of system requirements, adjusting development strategy in time, and guiding software & hardware development and verification activities.
4. Evaluating the system, hardware and software implementation plan, and assist the development team to carry out correct development activities.
5. Responsible for the development of system requirements analysis and architecture design related specifications and the training of related tools.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Over 8 years working experience in Electric Power Steering system development or system requirement analysis and architecture design.
4. Experience in functional safety development of Electric Power Steering system.

Position number 2325 - Electric Power Steering Software Requirement Analysis & Architecture Expert
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the software requirement analysis of Electric Power Steering products, assist the system to complete the overall Electric Power Steering system requirement analysis and management, and formulate the software development plan.
2. Following up the achievement of software requirements, adjusting SW development strategy in time, formulating software architecture, and guiding software unit design implementation and test.
3. Preparing relevant documents and outputs.
4. Evaluating software implementation plan, assisting the development team to carry out correct development activities.
5. Participate in the software review, and responsible for the evaluation of the achievement of software requirements.
6. Responsible for the development of system requirements analysis and architecture design related specifications and the training of related tools.
Qualifications:

Position number 2327 - Steering Electronic Control Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the electronic control system software development plan formulation of company's Electric Power Steering, steer-by-wire, four-wheel steering and other projects, guide and review the demand technical documents, and effectively restrict, make decisions and approve the key points and key technical documents;
2. Responsible for software development, function definition and benchmarking analysis of benchmark product software algorithms of various electronic control projects, and compiling application layer control logic diagrams and failure design documents;
3. Responsible for the definition of software unit-level requirement analysis and fail-safe report preparation for the electronic control projects, and support system modeling or code programming;
4. Responsible for guiding the test team to write software unit test cases, conduct static/dynamic software testing and document preparation, and improve the electronic control software development process system.

Position number 2332 - Electric Power Steering Functional Safety Expert
Responsibilities:
1. According to the development trend of the complete vehicle, plan or innovate technical solutions for the functional safety of Electric Power Steering products;
2. Participating in the verification review of the functional safety related technical schemes or technical documents of each project;
3. Serve as a functional safety assessor or auditor for each project, responsible for assessing the internal functional safety implementation or the supplier's functional safety compliance;
4. Provide technical guidance for the project functional safety manager or functional safety engineer to solve the safety-related problems in the project. If necessary, be able to act as a functional safety manager personally to coordinate management and promote project functional safety development;
5. Analyze the safety requirements provided by customers, derive the lower-level safety requirements, and implement functional safety design. And participate in or guide the testing and verification of safety requirements;
6. Responsible for technical exchanges with customers or suppliers, and solve customer functional safety related questions;
7. Instruct each project member to compile functional safety technical documents, including but not limited to HARA/FSC/TSC/FTA/FMEA, etc., if necessary, they can compile it by themselves;
8. Responsible for the functional safety training of the company's internal employees, and track the latest developments in the field of road vehicle functional safety, and promptly guide the update of the company's functional safety system.
Qualifications:
1. Have Electric Power Steering functional safety development experience of benchmark companies ;
2. Have more than 10 years of functional safety related experience, and more than 5 years of experience in Electric Power Steering product functional safety development;
3. Have the functional safety qualification certification of third-party companies such as TUV-SGS, TUV-SUD and other institutions.
Position number 2334 - Electric Power Steering HW Design Expert
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the hardware design of Electric Power Steering controller of electric power steering system, including switching power supply, MOSFET drive circuit, and semiconductor device
Selection and application of components, design and application of analog circuits and digital sampling circuits, and integration and application of power electronic power modules
2. Responsible for designing electrical schematics, supporting PCB engineers to complete layout design, and responsible for WCA analysis of corresponding electronic circuits and simulation calculation, functional test verification, DFMEA, responsible for the design coordination and planning of the functional interface of hardware and software.
3. Responsible for the development and verification of the Electric Power Steering controller component level of the electric power steering system, including the white box and gray box test verification of each functional unit, PCBA single board, and power unit part, and is responsible for supporting the entire stage from design and development to small batch trial production. The emergence of power electronic hardware problems and failure analysis support the smooth entry of the product into mass production.
4. Responsible for the Electric Power Steering controller power electronics of the electric steering system. Responsible for the writing and release of related design documents, and the writing and release of the project file PDL
Qualifications:
1. More than 15 years of experience in Electric Power Steering controller hardware development
2. Have Electric Power Steering independent development ability, multinational company background is preferred, familiar with ISO26262 development process
