Responsibilities:

• Scooter Collection: Use the client's mobile application to locate and collect electric scooters from designated drop-off points, streets, or public areas. Safely load scooters into a vehicle for transportation to the charging facility.
• Scooter Fixing: Scooter Diagnosis: Inspect and troubleshoot electric scooters to identify mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to pinpoint problems accurately.
• Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on electric scooters, including fixing brakes, tires, lights, handlebars, and other components. Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards during repairs.
• Battery Charging: At the charging facility, expertly connect electric scooters to charging equipment and ensure all batteries are properly charged, maintaining strict adherence to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of each electric scooter, identifying and reporting any damages, malfunctions, or safety concerns. Coordinate with the maintenance team to address repair needs promptly.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of the number of scooters collected, charged, and redistributed daily. Keep track of the scooters' status through the company's mobile application.
• Redeployment: After charging, strategically redistribute fully charged scooters to designated high-demand areas, following company guidelines and demand patterns.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic regulations and local laws while collecting, charging, and redistributing electric scooters.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and assisting customers with scooter-related issues when necessary.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Embrace and promote eco-friendly transportation by actively participating in the company's mission to reduce carbon emissions and encourage green mobility alternatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 6-7 kilograms multiple times during the shift.
• Basic knowledge of electric scooters and battery charging procedures (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with smartphone apps and navigation tools for locating and collecting scooters.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality, ensuring timely collection and distribution of scooters.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and scooter distribution efficiently.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company guidelines and regulations.
