For their growing operations in Viotia, they are looking for an 'Electrical Maintenance Manager'.

Your Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead and inspire the Electrical Maintenance Team, ensuring peak reliability and performance across all plant systems.

✔️ Drive a strong safety-first culture, with strict adherence to HSE standards.

✔️ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, while delivering cost savings and efficiency gains.

✔️ Take ownership of investment projects in electrical engineering—from design through execution.

✔️ Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement solutions that maximize uptime.

✔️ Coordinate resources, contractors, and shutdown activities across the plant.

✔️ Mentor, train, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence.

You Profile:

✔️ Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably from a Polytechnic school.

✔️ 10+ years’ experience in electrical maintenance within a plant environment.

✔️ Proven track record in leading teams and managing contractors.

✔️ Expertise in troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and project delivery.

✔️ Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

✔️ Fluent in English with high integrity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
