JOB SUMMARY:

• Must have experience in MV/LV Projects, works experience with SEC projects will be an added advantage.
• Diploma/ITI in Electrical with 5-6 years of experience
• Ability to understand basic electrical installations - 1 Phase / 3 Phase based on charger supply requirements.
• Technical knowledge about charger installation with different configurations.
• Ability to work under a flexible work schedule to achieve project completion on time.
• Ability to understand project technical requirements.
• Ability to communicate with clients - clarifying the project technical requirements during project execution.
• Ensuring safety and quality protocols during project execution.
• Providing support to our CPO for the Operation and Maintenance of chargers along with preliminary troubleshooting.
• Fluent understanding of breaker installation and cable termination works.
• Experience in Electrical / Civil retrofitting projects
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ITI in Electrical / Civil.
• Strong team player with good people, networking, and communication skills
• Speak, write and understand English on a basic level
• Work under flexible work timing to achieve the project deadlines.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy
- Customer Service

- Safety Procedure

- Incident report generation

- Emergency O&M Response
2. Budget & cost monitoring
- To ensure the minimum wastage of installation materials during project execution

- To make sure the execution team productivity rate is achieved
3. Policy & procedures
- To ensure the standard, execution policy are in compliance with company internal standards.

- To ensure following Safety and quality procedures during project execution.
 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCY REQUIRED 

1. Charger product knowledge & CPMS Config.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MV/LV distribution network
• Preference for candidates with EV Charging experience
• Proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication with clients and government agencies
