Position - Electrification Engineer

Location - Manesar

Specific: - 

1. Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering from reputed institutes/university.
2. Experience in components localization of electric vehicles such as DC-DC converter, battery pack, Inverter, ECU, sensors etc.
3. Knowledge of battery/hybrid electric vehicle & experience in program management or product development, ability to analyze and solve problems. Strong presentation and communications skills required     
 

Desirable: - 
1. Proficiency in CAD such as Catia, NX/ MATLAB /Simulink etc.
2. Good knowledge of Hybird or electrical vehicle system architecture and system level performance tests.
3. Good knowledge of Macros/Standardization of templates in CAD/CAE

Roles & Responsibilities: - 
1. The engineer will be responsible to develop the product/components as per specifications. Being a development engineer product & components to be localized as per drawing, test specifications and fixes all issues during localization of product/components with supplier and internal stakeholder from prototype stage to mass production stage.
2. The engineer will also work collaboratively with other engineer and manage assigned projects including technical presentations, coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 
3. Respect and fulfill APQP processes, standards, tools and documentation including specifications of requirements (SOR) and design verification plans according to internal and customer requirements. Monitor and assure profitability of respective projects over lifecycle through change management including internal and customer-required VA/VE activities. Contribute to VA/VE workshops programs.
4. Organize and participate in project reviews and other project meetings. Support plant in solving and/or improving technical and quality concerns
