Responsibilities / Expected Capabilities

Responsible for the design and development of RF based products in complete product life cycle.

Responsible for the tasks planning and implementation.

Responsible to interact with the cross function teams and customer.

Responsible for debugging design Issues in Development, Validation, Production phases and vehicle level testing.

Responsible for open issues, escalation management in the Team for technical topics

Makes sure the Knowledge transfer and Expertise is shared with the team

Supports the Management by implementing the strategy within the team in alignment with the projects

Mandatory skills

Experience in design and development of RF/LF design, Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal circuits design products for Electronic access systems for automobiles.

Expertise in Design to meet Environmental, Electrical, EMI EMC, ESD compliances.

Experience in RF (RKE, TPMS), LF (Keyless systems), NFC, Bluetooth wireless modules and automotive sensors.

Knowledge on product life cycle process. Involved in min 2 products complete development

Having good Verbal, Written communication, Presentation & Analytical skills.
