Role details:

• Title / Designation: Electronics MES SME/consultant – Camstar Opcenter
• Reporting Manager:  Senior Manager – IIoT
• Location: Phoenix, Arizona (1^st preference); rest of US (2^nd preference)
• Work mode: Hybrid  

Role & responsibilities:

• Architect IT solutions for Manufacturing / Semiconductor manufacturing clients, leveraging Camstar Opcenter
• Software design, development, and project management of large MES / MOM projects, including greenfield and brownfield implementations, migration, and upgrades and transformation of Camstar applications
• Interface with clients on a daily basis to ensure client satisfaction and meet/exceed client expectations on projects deliverables and outcomes

Candidate requirements:

• 12+ years of technology delivery experience in applications development and integration
• 10 years of hands-on techno-functional experience (70% Technical & 30% Functional) with Siemens Camstar and Opcenter Applications
• Hands on deep experience with architecture, design, implementation, and upgrades on Siemens Camstar – Electronics Suite or Siemens Opcenter Execution Electronics suite
• Experience with Camstar versions 8.x and upgrade exposure from previous versions to 8.x
• Experience in MES implementations for leading semiconductor/electronics OEMs – at least 3 to 4 MES programs experience full life cycle preferred
• Candidates with Hi-Tech/Semiconductor manufacturing is required. Exposure to Fab Manufacturing and electronics assembly operations
• Coding experience in Equipment automation or SPC system enhancements
• Knowledge of at least one OOPs language (e.g., Java, C++, C#, VB) – any one of these
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following: SECS/GEM, Socket communication is a plus.
• Exposure to MES technologies, including automated data collection, historian applications, visualization, quality and efficiency in manufacturing, SCADA, automated decision control, workflow, database applications, scheduling, and interface to ERP systems or Shop floor equipment will be highly preferred
• Exposure to Manufacturing equipment integration through MES connectors (example: KEPServerEx connector) is a plus
