End User Support Specialist

Reporting to the Networking, Security and Services Manager the candidat will be part of the Support Services Team and dedicated to providing support to the top management.
You will be required to:
- Provide specific support to the Top Management on all assigned company devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets,..)
- Test the new technologies and ICT solutions before the roll-out to the end users
- Follow the implementation of multimedia devices and related support
- Manage and configure the users and Pc administration consoles
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2- 5 years relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of Office automation tools and PC/peripherals
- Knowledge of mail clients (Google Suite preferred)
- Knowledge of main videoconference platforms (MEET, Webex, Zoom..)
- Excellent proficiency (verbal and written) in English or native English speaker
- Trustworthy, proactive, open and positive minded
- Pragmatic approach and fully oriented to customer satisfaction
The role will be based in Florence with minimal travel required. Permanent full-time contract.
