• Reporting Manager: AVP - Enterprise Systems and Computing

• Shift timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM 

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the P1/P2 Calls and work with teams till closure.
• Manage Internal / External Compliance and Security requirement.
• Supporting all level of IT infrastructure from basic mac/windows support to troubleshooting complex organization wide issues and responsible for root cause analysis
• Managing BAU Operations for Endpoint engineering tools and technologies 
• Interacting with team members and participating in periodic project progress reviews.
• Working knowledge of Shell, PowerShell, Python scripting
• Good understanding of Enterprise Monitoring tools viz SCOM and other monitoring tools
• Good understanding on Cloud Computing concepts.

Candidate requirements:

• 10-13 years of experience as an endpoint engineer 
• In Depth knowledge on endpoint management solution like Intune, JAMF, Google Admin Console. 
• In Depth knowledge on managing MacOS/iOS devices environment. 
• In Depth knowledge on different OS platform like Windows OS, MacOS, ChromeOS.
• Deep understanding of Patch Management, Inventory Management, Software Distribution Tools
• Implement and refine Modern Workspace architectures and roadmaps including architecture standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Administration of Microsoft Autopilot and MacOS ZTE and automation.
• Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Group policies, DNS, DHCP, ADFS
• Administration of Security Tools like NextGen AV, Patching for Windows and Mac platform
• Good understanding of NextGen AV like CrowdStrike and Other AV Tools
• Good understanding on Endpoint Encryption like McAfee Drive Encryption, BitLocker, FileVault
