Hiring an Engagement Director with extensive experience in semi-conductor manufacturing for a global Systems Integration / IT Services major

• Title / Designation: Engagement Director
• Reporting Manager:  Practise Head – Industry 4.0
• Role Type: Lead
• Position: Director / Senior Director
• Location: Phoenix, Arizona 
• Work Mode: Hybrid (at least three days client site)

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop deeper relations with client leadership an tech team to understand the business and business roadmap
• Ensure delivery as per committed parameters 
• Be a customer advocate to ensure client delight 
• Keep collaborating with internal stakeholders to make sure the best propositions are positioned with the client. 
• Build relationships with C – Level leadership on the client team.  
• Co-ordinate with international stakeholders and team members to deliver the project
• Manage project managers, engineers and the rest of the team involved in the project

Candidate requirements:

• 18+ years of experience in tech programs 
• 8+ years of experience in program management 
• Extensive experience in manufacturing and & Mfg. IT in the semi-conductor industry 
• Experience in Hi-tech industry/vertical
• Experience of working on and managing MES or OT programs preferable 
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and presentation
• Awareness of Industry 4.0, MES and IoT trends 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Should be comfortable travelling 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
