Knowledge of complete cycle of design of battery pack.

Proficient in different tools for Battery design studio, COMSOL, BSM or Ansys etc.

Proficient in mechanical design of Li ion battery pack.

Knowledge of different ways of cell holder design and module design. Proficient in different tools for 2D-3D design tools likes Unigraphics etc. Knowledge of thermal behavior of battery pack

Knowledge of different types of lithium ion cell. Knowledge of different chemistries of lithium ion cell.

Knowledge of different theories and concepts like SOC estimation, temperature derating strategies.

Knowledge of strategies for cell balancing especially passive balancing. Knowledge of Battery pack testing.

Knowledge about DFMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.

Knowledge about automotive industry standards, International standards of lithium ion cell and pack.

Knowledge of BMS algorithms design

Knowledge of functional safety standard –ISO26262

Knowledge of electrical vehicle and interface of battery on vehicle.
