Technical/ Functional:

• Li Ion Battery Domain knowhow a must
• Knowledge of different types of lithium ion cell and chemistries.
• Algorithm development experience for BMS (SOC, SOH, etc.)
• Algorithm concept development, design and implementation
• Algorithm tuning and calibration
• Data Analytics and analysis experience
• Knowledge of different theories and concepts like SOC estimation, temperature and power derating strategies.
• Knowledge of Battery pack testing.
• Proficient in writing test scripts for testing tool such as Vector CAN tools
• Strong working knowledge of different tools for BMS design and simulation like COMSOL, Matlab-Simulink, Matlab,Simulink, State Flow etc.
• Knowledge about DFMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Knowledge about automotive industry standards, International standards of lithium ion cell and pack.
• Knowledge of functional safety standard –ISO26262
• Knowledge of electrical vehicle and interface of battery on vehicle.
