Key Responsibilities:

· Management of maintenance department.

· Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and Utilities .

· Management of Maintenance spares and spare planning.

· For the list of Production, Quality and other equipment, please refer the note on the company.

· Create and implement the PM schedules.

· Analyze machine performance, make changes to these from time to time.

· Lead and guide team of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance managers to achieve their targets.

· Engage and motivate the team on a continuous basis.

· Foster and build the values.

· Support in new projects, installation and other organizational projects for the organization.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve the target of OEE .

• Participation of Capital Equipemnt projects and installation.

• Implement (number) of new cost reduction initiatives to achieve cost reduction targets.

Competencies:

· Knowledge of tube manufacturing Equipment

· Technical expertise on maintenance of Heat treatment , finishing tools.

· Knowledge of trouble shooting of Production and Quality machinery.

· Experience in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
