Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the capital project process from inception to handover.
• Oversee term service contractors on-site and ensure project risks, costs, and timings are managed.
• Collaborate with Group Capital Projects to implement standards and continuously improve project management capabilities.
• Assist leadership in project prioritization and ensure a smooth transition from project completion to business as usual.
• Forecast resource requirements and ensure adequate staffing and skill sets.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management.
• IPMA Level C or APM PMQ qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects in sectors such as chemicals, oil and gas, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing contractors through various stages of the project lifecycle.
